In Reset, no classes are the same. There’s a class for all fitness levels and you can progress with ease.

Rebounder

Add energetic and calorie-burning cardio exercise to your Reformer workouts. The Cardio-Tramp Rebounder easily transforms your Reformer into a unique Pilates cardiovascular machine. This versatile tool provides a soft-landing surface and allows for plyometric activity for extended periods of time, increasing workout potential for all exercisers.

Rise and Shine

Our Rise and Shine class combines a great Reformer flow, a challenging mixture of strength, co-ordination and balance while giving you a fun full body workout. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

BEAM (Breathe, Energise, Align and Move)

Be your best and challenge yourself. This 45 min session can be done on reformer or mat using weights, bands and more to get the most out of your practice.
Full body, high intensity interval training session – 45 min, get the heart rate up, target, tone, and BEAM!!

Restore

Restore is designed to focus on the fundamentals of the Pilates method. A fantastic class to build the strong foundations towards your practice, for the mind and the body. We all need a little time to Restore, this class will bring you back the roots of Pilates and where it all started. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

Yoga Connect

This class involves movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to promote mental & physical well being. Be guided through safe movement, learn what your mind and body can achieve when working together at peace. Inquisitive? This class is a wonderful place to start your yoga journey or simply progress through to your next level of movement, mindfulness and personal development.

Clubbercise

Clubbercise is a cardio workout with a fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high and low impact options for all fitness levels. It is set to a soundtrack of old and new clubbing hits and one class can burn around 600 calories. Class available to anyone that wants to have some fun, work up and sweat and learn some new moves. Sweat towel & water bottle highly recommended.

Restorative Beginners

Barre focuses on technique and form; we slow things down and understand the ballet technique terminology and why we do things the way we do including our breath! Don’t let a slower class fool you, you will still reach that booty burn just a little less intensity. Want strong muscles… Meet me at the Barre!

Reshape

A little more fast paced. You will be sure to lift your heart rate and get that booty burn with this class. Each class will have a different sequence so prepare to have fun and enjoy that total body low impact workout from the barre to the mat and everything in between. Remember you don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy barre, it is for everyone. Want strong muscles.. Meet me at the Barre!

Sculpt

Barre sculpt uses traditional barre movements predominantly using resistant bands, balls, rings and booty bands to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body. All movements can be modified and are low impact so suitable for all fitness levels.

Meditation

A guided technique used for thousands of years to develop awareness of the present moment.
It involves practices to sharpen focus and attention, connect to the body and breath, develop acceptance of difficult emotions, and even alter consciousness. It’s been shown to offer several physical and psychological benefits like stress reduction and improved immunity.

Sound Healing

This 45 min guided sound bath aims to help restore your body and relax your mind – creating true balance in your mind, body and soul. Using frequency and sound we align your body using vibrations through a range of instruments. Let our instructor guide you into a relaxed, productive and balanced version of yourself – be warned, it can become addictive. This is a great class to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
