In Reset, no classes are the same. There’s a class for all fitness levels and you can progress with ease.

Rebounder

Add energetic and calorie-burning cardio exercise to your Reformer workouts. The Cardio-Tramp Rebounder easily transforms your Reformer into a unique Pilates cardiovascular machine. This versatile tool provides a soft-landing surface and allows for plyometric activity for extended periods of time, increasing workout potential for all exercisers.

Allrounder

45 min full body movement – this workout has been designed for all levels providing the foundations & understand the trampoline, how to use effectively and get results. Its not just trampoline work, its FULL BODY movement, strengthen the core, get your heart rate up, burning calories – get results. A range of progressive movement options offered for ALL levels. This is a great introduction to use our trampoline.

Rise and Shine

Our Rise and Shine class combines a great Reformer flow, a challenging mixture of strength, co-ordination and balance while giving you a fun full body workout. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

BEAM (Breathe, Energise, Align and Move)

Be your best and challenge yourself. This 45 min session can be done on reformer or mat using weights, bands and more to get the most out of your practice.
Full body, high intensity interval training session – 45 min, get the heart rate up, target, tone, and BEAM!!

Restore

Restore is designed to focus on the fundamentals of the Pilates method. A fantastic class to build the strong foundations towards your practice, for the mind and the body. We all need a little time to Restore, this class will bring you back the roots of Pilates and where it all started. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

Yoga Connect

This class involves movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to promote mental & physical well being. Be guided through safe movement, learn what your mind and body can achieve when working together at peace. Inquisitive? This class is a wonderful place to start your yoga journey or simply progress through to your next level of movement, mindfulness and personal development.

Circuit Pilates

Circuit Pilates is a fast pace style class which incorporates all elements. Slow fundamentals, high intensity cardio and controlled balanced movements. You’ll be sure to get a good sweat and strength session – great for results training and progressive practice. It works on a timer where the instructor will show you all movements, then let it run.. Come try it, have some fun, prepare to get your sweat on! 45 min movement, pre and post natal assesment required prior to class.

FT Circuit

Functional training circuit, a workout that combines several functional exercises to focus on high intensity to get results. A little more fast paced, variations offered as class is FOR ALL LEVELS. You will be sure to lift your heart rate and get that burn with this class. Each class will have a different sequence so be ready.. Sweat towel encouraged.

Meditation

A guided technique used for thousands of years to develop awareness of the present moment.
It involves practices to sharpen focus and attention, connect to the body and breath, develop acceptance of difficult emotions, and even alter consciousness. It’s been shown to offer several physical and psychological benefits like stress reduction and improved immunity.

Mums & Bubs

Pilates is the perfect form of exercise to help your body recover from the changes it experienced during pregnancy and childbirth. Our Mum and Bubs Reformer blend class run for 45min and allows new mums to bring bub and still get a workout. These Reformer classes have a maximum of 6 participants. Whether you’ve had a C-section or vaginal birth, the body goes through an incredible feat to produce a little baby! There are massive changes to the internal organs, the pelvic floor, and the elasticity of the ligaments! These changes don’t just magically reset themselves after birth so it’s important the body learns how to re-activate muscles that have been stretched, injured or have been out of use for weeks/months. Mums and Bubs classes are aimed towards bubs that are not mobile. Although considerations can be discussed. Come a little early, settle into class. Don’t forget to bring bub’s favourite comforts a bouncer or capsule.
